Writing Challenges

To Write is To Create!

So 2013 is the year! The year I have dedicated myself to getting back into my writing once more! So what better way to do this? By partaking in as many writing challenges that I can handle! I’ll be listing all the challenges that I’m taking on and a short description of each one. Some of them will be personal challenges from myself, the others will be challenges that I come across from elsewhere!

I hope that my readers keep checking my page to see my progress! And I also hope that each and every one of you will jump on in a take some of these challenges with me! If you do, be sure to let me know so I can watch your progress as well!

    1. February 2013: Writing to Music
I have issued a challenge to myself. For the entire month of January, I have been collecting a list from my music library that really makes me feel. I’m talking a wide range too; things that make me feel love, hate, sadness, all of it! Then beginning in February, I want to take each song I have complied and write out a scene based on the feel of the song or maybe a section of the lyrics.
    2. April 2013: A to Z Blogger’s Challenge
Starting the beginning of April, bloggers will write with a topic themed on something with the letter A, then on April second another topic with the letter B as the theme, and so on until you finish on April thirtieth with the theme based on the letter Z.  It doesn’t even have to be a word–it can be a proper noun, the letter used as a symbol, or the letter itself.  The theme of the day is the letter scheduled for that day. Below is a link to the list of all the blogs that have entered into this year’s challenge! So check it out and see what they are all up to!
