Happy Monday readers! I hope everyone is doing fine on this wonderful day! With about a week and a half left of the challenge, I have to say, I’m amazed that I’ve made it this far! I also have to give a shout out to all my fellow bloggers who are first timers with this challenge, much like myself! It’s day 19, which brings us to the letter “S”! This was a tricky letter…. much like the rest of the end of the alphabet…. but I have a word for you all! My term for today i the word scene.

A scene, when it comes to writing fiction, really represents a given moment in time during the story. It’s normally a moment that really captivates readers, and really draws them in. My question for you all today is this: how do you go about writing your scenes? For me, writing captivating scenes tends to be really difficult… though it could just be that I’m trying to force something that isn’t coming naturally. What works best for all of you? Planning your scene out? Just sitting down and writing? I’m always looking for more tips on this subject, so please! Comment and share!
